I grew up in Cleveland. I was in the Marine Corps from 1960 to 1964. I met my wife Elaine at a Young Adults Club at St. Jerome Church where I became a Catholic in 1964. I received my First Communion at Christmas Eve Midnight Mass. Elaine and I have two wonderful daughters and four grandchildren that keep us on our toes. I worked for Philips Medical Equipment for 37 years and retired in 2008. I was ordained to the permanent Diaconate in 1989. I have been assigned to minister at Saint Rita Parish since 1995. Before that, I ministered at St. Noel Church in Willoughby Hills. Throughout the years, I have been a part of the RCIA program, baptism formation, Healing Ministry, prayer groups, bible studies, wedding preparation and annulments, sacrament preparation, and homebound ministry. My favorite ministry is our Emerald Ridge Ministry where I get so much more than I can possibly give! I love sharing Jesus through the Eucharist with all those I meet.
