MISSION STATEMENT: The Mission of the Saint Rita Worship Commission is to celebrate prayerful, and engaging liturgies, that offer great glory, praise, and thanksgiving to God and to inspire missionary disciples into service among their brothers and sisters.
OUR GOALS:
- Instill worthy, respectful worship of our Lord.
- Nurture active, joyful participation in the celebration of the Mass and in other worship services.
- Create a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
- Prepare liturgies that inspire our parish community to actively engage in communal prayer, personal prayer, service, evangelization and discipleship.
The Worship Commission meets the second Monday of the month to pray and discuss the liturgical seasons together; and is responsible for planning all Masses that the Parish celebrates. This commission also oversees the additional ministries listed below.
