In the spirit of Christian discipleship, Saint Rita Parish and School is a place of "people helping people." The Parish Staff includes many wonderful men and women who use their talents each day to support the Saint Rita Parish community. We are currently seeking talented religious lay people to support the ministries and mission of our parish. 

Director of Religious Education, Saint Rita Parish

The Director shall be part of a team that guides the Formation Commission for the religious education of the parish. He/she will oversee and evaluate some of the Sacramental program, including Penance, First Communion, RCIA, and RCIC. The Director will also maintain and grow the Parish School of Religion (K-6) and a close working relationship with the day school administration and faculty including occasionally teaching in the school. Duties also include: attending monthly meeting supporting and carrying out the goals and mission of the Faith Formation commission, coordinating weekly Sunday PSR program for students in grades Kindergarten - 6th; recruiting, training, forming, supervising, and evaluating the Sunday morning PSR catechists; working closely with the day school administration, teachers, and other catechetical programs to achieve a unified parish direction.

Part-time Art Teacher, Saint Rita School

The part-time, experienced, and qualified teacher will teach Art in grades K-8. The candidate must hold a valid teaching license in the State of Ohio, be VIRTUS trained, and pass FBI and BCI background checks. Candidates must be able to plan, prepare, and implement lessons according to the objectives and goals set by the Diocese of Cleveland.

Aftercare Assistant, Saint Rita School

Saint Rita School is seeking an After Care Assistant. The hours are 2:30pm - 6:00pm on school days. Key responsibilities include: Caring for students after school, offering a snack, providing quiet time for homework, and monitoring students in the After Care room or on the playground.
