Stewardship Commission

Saint Rita Parish is a stewardship church. This means we are actively involved and committed to the principles of being stewards of all of God's gifts. We believe that God is the source of all gifts and that we have been abundantly blessed...even in the most difficult of circumstances. Our gifts, the talents we have, the time we share, and the money we earn are all called to be given back to God with generous response. Remember that 2000 years ago Saint Paul wrote, Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us exercise them. Romans 12:6.

The Stewardship Commission is a group of parishioners who embrace these values and are committed to helping every man, woman, and child in the Saint Rita Parish community to grow in this spirituality. Their work is to influence every council, commission, committee, and ministry in parish life in the spirituality of stewardship.

The Stewardship Ministry believes that everyone has something to give. Will you give your talent, your time, and your treasure trusting that God will truly bless you?

To determine how, when, or where you can become an active steward in the parish community, we invite you to:

1. Take the Self Assessment Questionnaire

2. Score the results of your assessment with the Scoring Recap

3. Determine where you may apply your talents and time in the Stewardship Activation Form
