| In conjunction with our parish nurse, volunteers promote holistic health to those that are referred. Members include health professionals, educators and other interested in this ministry.

| Interventions include: health screenings, support groups, grief and illness counseling, program development and education. |
|
| Subgroups include: Bereavement which offers support during the grief process and referrals, Hospital/Home/Nursing Home/Retirement Home visits, support, interaction, spiritual guidance and education, blood pressure screening, health fair and wellness programs. |
