Families,
I hope that this message finds you and your families feeling well and adjusting to our new "normal." There is no doubt that this time in our lives is extraordinary, challenging and sacrificial.

I have waited to send anything out to you because I know that the different school districts have been on Spring Break. It's probably safe to assume that your break was at least a little different then what you had originally planned for your family! My family and I are on Spring Break next week, and our plans will be much different then we anticipated!

However, we must continue on in anticipation of Easter and in celebration of the Risen Lord!! Therefore, I have asked the grade level Catechists to each come up with lessons to share with you and your children for the final 3 sessions we have together, April 5, April 19 & our final session of April 26th.
To streamline communication, I have given the Catechists class emails. Please be checking your emails in the upcoming weeks, as well as your 'spam' so that you and your child receive the material relating to our PSR session. If you have any questions about the lesson or materials, please feel free to communicate with the Catechists directly.

If there is anything I can do in this time of uncertainty for you or your child, please contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . It is my prayer that all of you have faith over fear! Let us remember what is spoken so many times through the Bible, "Be Not Afraid!" I, as well as our Pastoral Staff are here for you and lift you up in prayer. Please continue to pray for us as well.

In Health and Happiness,
Kelly Foraker

***Please remember, we only have 3 sessions in April.*** At this time, I do not believe we will be meeting in the classroom, but using online resources and Catechist plans via email.

The publisher of our text book, RCL Benziger, has offered some wonderful resources for CELEBRATING the Lenten Season. Included on their site are the Saints who are celebrating Feast Days during the Season, Emmaus Moments, a Gospel Reflections and movie reviews under "Sister Rose Goes To The Movies." The website also contains other resources and articles that are helpful in Catechizing your children in the Domestic Church, your home. I strongly encourage you to visit the site below and take advantage of the Catholic resources available to us!

Mary, Our Mother, Pray for us

Pope Francis, via  Vatican News , offers this prayer that we are grateful to share.

O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick.
At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain,
with steadfast faith.
You, Salvation of the Roman People, know what we need.
We are certain that you will provide, so that,
as you did at Cana of Galilee,
joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform ourselves to the Father’s will
and to do what Jesus tells us:
He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us,
through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen.
We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God.
Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.
